Telling the time - advanced

A more advanced way of telling the time is to use the possessive genitive to say 'X minutes of the Yth (hour)'.

Note that in this construct Y is the next hour so '5 past 10' is '5 mins of the 11th hour' in Russian.

-- Here we use the genitive masculine singular of the ordinal numbers ('of the Yth'). And час is typically omitted.

-- The masculine singular (matching the word час) genitive of the ordinal numbers are: первого; второго; третьего; четвёртого; пятого; шестого; седьмого; восьмого; девятого; десятого; одиннадцатого; двенадцатого etc.

The addition of минута is optional.

Recall that минута declines as follows (numbers ending in): минута (1), минуты (2,3,4) or минут (5-9, 0)

Examples:
	Сейчас десять минут второго. It is now ten minutes past one. минута ⇒ (десять) минут (genitive fem. plural) второй ⇒ второго
	Пять минут седьмого. Five minutes past six. минута ⇒ (пять) минут (genitive fem. plural) седьмой ⇒ седьмого
	Еще нет двадцати пяти минут первого. It isn't twenty-five minutes past twelve yet. двадцать пять ⇒ двадцати пяти (genitive because of the нет) первый ⇒ первого
	Сейчас четверть одиннадцатого. It is quarter past ten. одиннадцатый ⇒ одиннадцатого (genitive, 'of')
	Было двадцать минут четвёртого. It was twenty minutes past three. минута ⇒ (двадцат) минут (genitive fem. plural) четвёртый ⇒ четвёртого
	Скоро будет тридцать пять девятого. It will soon be thirty-five past eight. девятый ⇒ девятого
	Уже двадцать пять двенадцатого? Is it twenty-five past eleven yet? двенадцатый ⇒ двенадцатого
	Время ровно пятнадцать минут третьего. The time is exactly fifteen minutes past two. третий ⇒ третьего
	Сколько сейчас минут седьмого? How many minutes past six is it now? минут (genitive singular - countable quantity) седьмой ⇒ седьмого
	Сколько времени до десяти минут восьмого? How long until ten past seven? времени (genitive singular - countable quantity) десяти (genitive because of до) восьмой ⇒ восьмого
