Inverted subjunctive conjunctions

Sentences that include a subjunctive conjunction can be inverted so that the subordinate clause becomes the subject of the sentence.

Examples:
Qu'il vienne est très important.
That he comes is very important.
Qu'il ne puisse pas venir est regrettable.
That he can't come is unfortunate.
Qu'il ait dit ça m'a choqué.
That he said that shocked me.
Qu'il ne puisse pas venir s'explique très facilement.
That he cannot come is very easily explained.
Que la fusée explose est peu probable.
That the rocket explodes is unlikely.
Qu'elle puisse venir, c'est certain.
That she can come, is certain.
