Reciprocal Questions with the particle 呢 (ne)

The particle (ne) is often used at the end of a sentence to turn it into a reciprocal question.

These are questions like 'How about...?' or 'What about...?' in English.

Examples:
我很好。你呢?
wǒ hěn hǎo.#nǐ ne?
I am fine. How about you?

(ne) means 'question particle'

今天很冷。明天呢?
jīntiān hén lěng.#míngtiān ne?
Today is very cold. How about tomorrow?

今天 (jīntiān) means 'today'

明天 (míngtiān) means 'tomorrow'

她是中国人。他呢?
tā shì zhōngguó rén.#tā ne?
She is Chinese. What about him?
那个酒很烈。这个呢?
nà ge jiǔ hěn liè.#zhè ge ne?
That wine is strong. How about this wine?
那个不好。这个呢?
nà ge bù hǎo.#zhè ge ne?
That one is not good. How about this one?
