Most verbs that end with -ыть conjugate irregularly For example: мыть (imperfective) - to wash: я мою, ты моешь, он/она/оно моет, мы моем, вы моете, они моют Other common -ыть verbs verbs include: открыть (perfective) - to open, закрыть (perfective) - to close, покрыть (perfective) - to cover Note that забыть (to forget, perfective) is an exception: it conjugates like быть (я забуду, ты забудешь etc.) |
