The phrase 在...之间 (zài...zhījiān) is used to express the idea of something being "between" or "among" two or more entities. The pattern is: [subject] + 在 + [entity 1] + 和 + [entity 2] + 之间. Note that the two entities are separated by 和 (hé) which means 'and'. |
