In Chinese, 一直 (yìzhí) is a common adverb that means 'continuously', 'always', or 'all along'. It can be used with verbs to indicate ongoing actions or with adjectives to indicate a consistent state. Used negatively with 不 (bù), it means 'never' or 'haven't ever'. |
